When the doctor tells you to exercise, do you know what to do?
If you need to lose weight, do you know how to do it?
Have you thought about how to stay vibrantly alive until the very end of your life?

These are some of the things we are learning together in a weekly in person class led by Dr
Carol Roberts, a holistic doctor for thirty years. In class she can teach in greater depth, the
things she only has limited time to teach in the clinic.

Dr. Roberts was certified to teach aerobics and enjoys dancing herself. One activity during class
is movement to music. We also earn how to properly do the basics of strength training, using
only body weight.

Stretching is important for good mobility laster in life. Full range of motion is a hallmark of youth,
and keeps an older person supple and able, for example, to style her own hair.

Stretching the mind is also crucial. Ideas that put life into the clear perspective that experience
brings, are shared in a safe way through “Conversations that matter” - topics for discussion that
are not part of ordinary interactions, such as “What remains to be accomplished in your life” and
“Who are you really?”
